hey there!

There are a lot of real estate professionals out there, but here's why I think we should work together...

Why use a REALTOR®?

Buying or selling a home is likely one of the largest financial decisions of your life. A REALTOR® is a trained professional who can provide advice and support while you navigate this exciting and nerve-wracking process. The process of buying or selling a home is complicated and many rules and regulations govern the industry. Working with a REALTOR® lets you take advantage of the knowledge and expertise of a trained professional.

my approach

Helping others has always been my focus.

Being of service to others and building genuine relationships is where I get my joy.

Real Estate is all about relationships- with clients, with our network of service providers, with our community and with other REALTORS®. In my experience, successful relationships are based on open communication, honesty, commitment, trust and authenticity.

Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I was a registered Social Worker in Alberta serving a variety of populations in the Edmonton area. Still being a social worker at heart, I run my business with the same values of inclusivity, self-determination, integrity and competence. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and am honoured to work with folks from all different walks of life.

My approach to real estate combines these values with a strong work ethic, a thorough and detail-oriented methodology, and a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Local

Although I have travelled to many different places, my home base has always been the Edmonton area. I have lived here for more than 30 years and have watched the city grow and change. I can point you to the best coffee shops, hippest restaurants and, most importantly, help you find the perfect community to call home.

Julie Tye, Edmonton

"We met Breanne on a Monday and by the following week she had already helped us find and secure our perfect home. House hunting with Breanne was fun, she made it easy, and took all the stress out of it. It felt like hanging out with an old friend. On top of everything she gave us amazing advice and answered our sometimes overly-needy questions and texts. Every step of the process she supported us, kept us informed and checked in on how we were feeling. I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience purchasing our first home. I will forever be grateful for her help, and cannot recommend enough that you trust her with your business. Breanne, thank you for everything. You’re truly amazing at your job, and a wonderful human being."
